the toilet is not quite good , little bit too small and not good ventilation

Close proximity to the Dhoby Ghaut station makes it ideal for tourists to get around by MRT. The room smelled slightly musty and the air conditioning malfunctioned. I suggest that it is aired occasionally.

I think I might have been upgraded from a standard room to deluxe - which was very welcome. If this was a standard room then I am doubly impressed.

The reception people need to have more personal touch with customers. They are not so friendly. Metropritan YMCA was much more hospitable and it made us feel at home.The pool was good. The room have a window, that was nice. I could say with the price, the room condition was acceptable.

if we ever stay over at Singapore again, we'll stay at the YWCA Fort Canning Lodge really nothing but praise, except that we would have liked a shelf in the shower.

Very nicely located right close to the main city center one thing which the hotel should start is the room service. Nice and clean rooms though small but overall comfortable for the stay.

Service was excellent. Staff were really nice and helpful. They were genuinely nice and friendly people The room was lovely. Only problem was the television reception was poor. Other than that we had a great time.

The only problem we had was with the breakfast. The food was NOT good or nice. We were there at 8-30am---the food was cold and tasteless. We ate out. Everything else about your hotel was lovely. It was our 2nd visit. The room was perfect, clean and nice. Just like we would have wanted it.

My request was for twin bed but gave me roller bed with queen bed

Friendly staff, breakfast a bit basic,location convebient. Nice and clean, good view,TV reception not good though.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room because we wanted a double bed.

All staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel exceeded expectations. Very large room with beautiful views over park and city

We have nothing but the highest praise for your Hotel and would always stay with you when visiting Singapore, and have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends. A superb room with every desirable amenity.

I was very pleased with the hotel but was not happy about the food as it was similar all the time and not enough western type food.
