My son was not able to look at his Children chanels because there were many listed. The rooms are not equipped with Microwave or refrigerators. The gentleman serving the breakfast was pretty rude and not willing to help. I asked him to warm something in the microwave if he has one in the kitchen, he told me no he is not allowed to do so. For the price I paid a night I was completely upset, I should I stayed at the Marriot in Eaton Centre. The pool was not open and this was one of the main reason I wanted to stay there so my son would have had fun swimming. I stayed at Wyndham before and I enjoyed it. This was a nightmare.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and anxious to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel and would stay there again if we were in the area.
