Excellent value for money at the time of travel. Great size apartment, well equipped, very comfortable terrific views of the city/harbour.

We complained but slow response. After 5 (ex 10 days) they provide an option to move, but it was too late. In waldorf in a similar situation they provided 10% discount due to inconvenience! ONE BATHROOM IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR A FAMILY OF 4, considering the number of stars and price paid.

Length of wait for lifts was usually excessive. Carpet in room was not well presented. Marks/Stains present which if attended to would have left a better impression.

However this was expected due to the hotel's location and the fact that I had stayed at the hotel some years ago when on business. Carpets need cleaning
