Housekeeping and the concierge was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Quite a peaceful area, and close to both Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. The apartment had full amenities but too bad I didn't have a chance to enjoy all of them. Housekeeping did a very good job especially since I didn't know how to operate the dishwasher!! Had a great view although I only saw part of the harbour bridge.

However, overall experience still good. door handle in bathroom needs fixing. Beds need replacing -- they are too soft and creaky, a layer of foam doesn't disguise this.
