Very convenient, close to all sights, shops, places of interest. Excellent value for money at the time of travel. Great size apartment, well equipped, very comfortable terrific views of the city/harbour.

There was construction next door on York street which provided noise at 6:45 am every morning. We complained but slow response. After 5 (ex 10 days) they provide an option to move, but it was too late. In waldorf in a similar situation they provided 10% discount due to inconvenience! ONE BATHROOM IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR A FAMILY OF 4, considering the number of stars and price paid.

Some gym equipment needed servicing to be useable. Length of wait for lifts was usually excessive. Carpet in room was not well presented. Marks/Stains present which if attended to would have left a better impression.

The main concern was the traffic noise. However this was expected due to the hotel's location and the fact that I had stayed at the hotel some years ago when on business. Carpets need cleaning

Swimming complex was enjoyed by kids. Gym equipment - needs a treadmill and some free weights/dumb bells. Lifts extremely slow. Excellent location. Easter eggs on counters a lovely touch and staff very friendly and professional. Room was well stocked with Kitchen equipment. Forgot to tell them Blowdryer was faulty - please pass this on.

Very good, and good staff. The daily cleaning service was excellent. One bunkbed would be useful so three children could sleep in one room rather than one in the lounge.

The service was fantastic - very helpful and accommodating Lifts were a tad slow but we were very impressed with the apartment and have recommended it to friends already.

the sofa bed was not folded away each day which limited our use of the lounge. The sofa bed was uncomfortable according to my son.

Inform people of how to enter the hotel. We arrived in peak hour traffic and it was dark. It was frustrating trying to find how to get into the carpark.
