air conditioning facilities were very good

Excellent buffet breakfast, especially for a budget hotel. Service staff were very efficient and showed concern for clients. Some amenities not working, like kettle, lights. Soap dispenser in shower was empty.

Very spacious, well maintained.

Upon arrival the hotel was inflexible on adjusting our bill to reflect the fact that with two toddlers we did not need four beds. We paid for a fourth bed that we did not need and did not use.

In general the hotel staff is nice and well trained. The room was quite clean and quiet which are important issues for my family and I.

I found the staff very helpful.The room was adaquate,but the absence of a window was disconcerting.Although a kettle was provided, there was no tea/coffee provided.

Breakfast menu includes eggs everywhere. I like my eggs, but there are times that I like to eat something without eggs. A chinese breakfast will be a nice addition.

Hotel staff keyed in incorrectly that I had taken a TV remote control. It was a staff typing error, but they made me wait to check out even though it had nothing to do with me. No heating or boiling flask to make hot water in the room although there were satchets for coffee and tea provided. Also, no tissue paper in the room. Only toilet paper was provided.

only one restaurent and the food is no good., not value for money need a water pot for boilig drinking water, pillow should be improved to comfort type

Shutter bus server not availabe at weekend should mention earlier on. Pls provide Tissue. Bed not really clean.
