We could only use the pool at certain times, this was not mentioned on the website at the time of booking. There was renovations going on and no discount was given for this inconvenience . The room looked nothing like the room shown on the internet photo, we were very disappointed. The shower door was broken and the shower should be cleaned more thouroughly or be renovated. The toilet did not flush properly. The room was spartan. The 15% charge for room service is a joke.

Otherwise was ok. Good service desk and cafeteria soap dispenser difficult to use, not in good condition, otherwise ok. I did ask for a double bed when making booking from Bangkok, and received single.
