The Salisbury Dining Room
The Salisbury Dining Room is located on the 4th Floor of South Tower
of the the hotel, providing guests with an elegant setting and a
stupendous view of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island while
enjoying their meal. The Salisbury Dining Room offers an exciting
array of international gourmet dishes to tempt every palate. Guests
can enjoy sumptuous fare on offer during the daily buffet breakfast,
lunch and dinner or make a selection from the a la carte menu. In
the afternoons, a tea buffet/tea sets serving a wide selection of
delectable Asian and Western cakes and pastries will keep empty

Senior Citizens and members of YMCA Hong Kong enjoy a 10% discount
on their food bill. The Salisbury Dining Room is open between 7 am
to 10 pm.
Mall Cafe
Guests wishing to indulge themselves in Oriental and Western
Cuisines should make Mall Cafe their choice of dining place. Located
on the ground floor of the hotel, Mall Cafe is an American style
self-service cafe serving daily set breakfast, lunch and dinner
specialties. For the light eaters and guests wishing to enjoy a
light meal, the a la carte menu offers a diversity of soups,
sandwiches and snacks. A selection of Tea and Supper Set Menus are
also available for tired and hungry guests coming in late after a
whole day out sight-seeing. The Mall Cafe also offers a Delicatessen
Take Away Menu ideal for guests planning on going on trips or
picnics or even planning a birthday party.
The Mall Cafe offers a 20% Discount to Senior Citizens and a 10%
Discount to all members of YMCA Hong Kong. Opening hours are between
