There are double yellow lines outside the main entrance; and we were rushed to get off or pay; and when you are unfamiliar with the currency, feels uncomfortable. will come again!

Location is no problem with the MRT station nearby. It will be more welcoming if coffee and tea provided in the room.

It is very near to MRT station. The location is very strategic and easy to find. The room was so nice and comfortable. In my opinion, i hope there should be a large room avaiable especially those who have a big family.

Disapointed.

The staff were very accommodating when I asked to change to a quieter room and I found the service staff and cleaning staff very friendly. The buffet-style breakfast had a good range of selections even though you can't say it was quite 5 star quality, but it is good value given the cost of the accommodation package and they try to cater for a range of tastes. It is clear that this is a Christian-centred YMCA and there were quite a number of families and older travellers at the time I stayed. The location is a plus, being at one-end of Orchard Road meant it was pretty easy to catch public transport or taxi's to other locations and/or to walk to interesting locales. There was some confusion with my establishing my booking, which was frustrating, but eventually HolidayCity staff were also very apologetic and were able to provide good service. There were no problems with my checking in or out of this hotel.

Or at least the guests should be given the option to 'opt out' if they wish. It is good to see that the hotel offers hot water kettle in the room. And i like the fact that the bathroom windows can be opened for those who want some fresh air!
