very comfortable but not enough room at the end of the bed

excellent location for all the sights given that HK hotels have notoriously small rooms we were suprised by the space offered

Lobby area was not so nice but very functional and facilities were excellent for the price. I could not fault it. Excellent on all counts.

Excellent value. Very close to subway, shopping and entertainment. Staff are professional and friendly.

You should change the carpet to a new one,and make the light lighter. It would be better that every unit has an iron.

All round it was excellent! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite as they were really busy. The staff were very helpful and facilities were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay there again.

I was not happy with the fact that they would only reduce my bill by less than ten percent for the first night in an unacceptable room. the room the second night was much better and actually what I had booked in the first place. I had to request a move after the first night becasue there was water dripping in through the window, a large part of the floor was soaking wet and I couldn 't sleep because fo the constant dripping.

I appreciate the modern comfort of the hotel since I am use to American standard. I love strong hot showers and our hotel was able to provide me this. (A++) If ever you are to remodel or add new wings make available wider tubs if possible. It was very tricky and frustrating to figure the light controls. It would help if the bellhop showed your guest how to set the control box and what to expect. The second issue would be the twin beds. The preference would be for more of the full size beds available. After two request I there were none available.

I always enjoy staying at the ymca, people are very nice and it is very convenient.

We were upgraded - i think we look tired and we had a lovelty suite.
