The hotel staff was exceedingly courteous and willing to help. The room cleaners tidied the room well. It would be nice to have a hot-cold water dispenser somewhere along the corridors. The cleanliness and comfort and security is absolutely great! On the room, I wish there willl be free room slippers in the future. The fruit basket was a pleasant gift.

The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions. They were professional and very polite. We were upgraded to a suite upon our arrival. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, a delightful gift.
