A hotel with a really nice location - free internet access would be timely now.

Hello, Great location in the heart of Kowloon with easy access to transportation network and the Star Ferry. I didn't know I would recieve breakfast buffet so that was a bonus on top of the low room rate price. I thought cleaning staff had cleaned up my buffet voucher for the next day. Front desk was only to happy to replace it....and when I returned home I found it in my book as a book mark. My bad. Ken at the front desk was especially sympathetic and helpful.

This hotel lack direct connection to the fitness center. Hotel should have direct access to the ficalities.

Excellet hotel and superb staff and super cleaniness of the rooms..fantastic breakfast, would stay here again.

Location is wonderful - near harbour, subway, shopping. Right beside the much more expensive Penninsula and Sheraton. Hotel staff were efficient, helpful, spoke English well. We arrived too early to check in, but they kept our luggage at no charge while we went to lunch. Main floor cafeteria was conveient and adequate. But lots of resteraunts for all budget levels were close by. Everything was clean and well maintained. From the airport train there was a shuttle bus that went to the Kowloon and Pennisual hotels - leaving less than half a block walk to the Salisbury.

My stay at YMCA was a great experience...I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the size and the location. The welcome fruit basket was something that I like as well. The overall stay was great and I will come back next time!

Time to check in - too long. temted for upgrade to suite at no cost but preferred high floor for laser show - disappointed due to fog. HKG has become far too expensive now

We are very thankful that our hotel was just right for the whole family. The location was great and the staff were helpful. The rooms were all great. We really appreciate how they took care our reservation via web. The only thing that we would like to recommend is that ...since rock climbing and swimming pool is part of the hotel amenities, this should be free of charge for the hotel guess. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel to my family and friends here in Manila.

It was a very good experience. Fantastic location.

The rooms are larger than average asian rooms. The dining room was extremely well appointed. The swimming pool was run down and heavily in use. The room appointments were average but very clean. Its location and services are excelllent.

The YMCA is a perfect location in Hong Kong (Kowloon) near to everything important in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wireless access is cheap.

Friendly, efficient service. The buffet breakfast is excellent value. This hotel's strength is its outstanding location at the harbour end of Nathan Road. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite with a harbour view. The room was fantastic - lots of space, huge bed, excellent bathroom. Overall, this hotel is very good value for money considering its location. I would happily recommend it to others.

We had a room with harbour view, this room was clean and comfortable with a very welcoming fruit basket and daily newspaper. Even though the bathroom is showing signs of ageing it is still very clean. House keeping was very quick and efficient and with a smile. Conceige was not so friendly so we got our information from the information centre at the star ferry. It was a great location to everything, transport, restaurants and many shops. We would stay here again if we were to stay at Kowloon. We never ate at the hotel but they gave us discount vouchers.

I was checking loads of hotel booking sites in the internet and finally stumbled upon Hotelcity.. its the cheapest (comparatively) I had come across. Best part is they are based in Malaysia where I belong currently, its good to have your agent in your home country. Had some minor glitches with the hotel confirmation number, got it resolved in minutes through phone.

Regarding the hotel - I chose YMCA mainly for its location! recommended for a harbour facing room which I got it without asking. The only issue is it is bit pricey for Malaysian standards, but worth every penny when compared with their next door neighbours (Peninsula.. etc) who share the same location/view.

I will stay at YMCA again if I am travelling to HK and prefer Holidaycity for my future bookings!

the family suite is surprisingly VERY big... it's really good for family of 2 adults and 2 kids...

overall comfort level is great!

Extremely great location next to ferry terminal and MTR station. Rooms were excellent as well.

We stayed at the Salisbury for 3 nights only and were extremely happy with the Hotel, staff and the location. We didn't spend much time there during the day, as we were out most of the time, however the only comment I would make is that the cleaning staff did seem to be a little noisy in the corridors, especially if you were trying to sleep during the day after a long flight.

The location was fantastic, right at the beginning of Nathan Road, a shoppers delight and close to many cafes, restaurants, the ferry services and the light show. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My daughter and I stayed here recently while on holiday and we can't recommend this hotel highly enough! It is in an awesome location, our room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We dined frequently in the cafe downstairs and found the food tasty and well-priced. We didn't get a chance to eat in the Salisbury Dining Room, although it looked wonderful.

HOTEL IS EXCELLENT, SITUATION PERFECT AND THE VIEW FANTASTIC. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. FOOD IN LOBBY RESTAURANT IS GOOD - IT IS INTERNATIONAL. EVERYBODY CAN FIND THERE SOMETHING TO EAT. SOMETIMES YOU GET TIRED TO EAT TOO EXOTIC FOOD ALL THE TIME WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING.

We (family of 4) were not sure what to expect when we booked this place. What we got was a pleasant surprise - a corner suite with a great view of the harbour. The hotel is centrally located, is clean and the ambience is perfect for families.
Their restaurant is good and the fish I had was one of the better dishes I've had. We would highly recommend the YMCA and would go back on our next visit to Hong Kong.

The location of the Salsbury YMCA is excellent. We enjoyed the symphony of lights from our window. We were able to visit the museums and shops which were so close or by subway. Hong Kong was energized and delightful. The Y is truly special. Joy Chase

The front desk staff were generally good. The room service staff were better though. They were very efficient and friendly. Enjoyed very much my stay at the hotel. Very convenient location too without being in the overcrowed parts of town.

This was my 2nd visit at the YMCA Sulisbury.
I chose to come back because of its location - near MTR, Shopping, food...etc. Everything is within walking distance. Very convenient.
Room is always kept clean. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
