The service can not be faulted. Thank you to the staff who went our of their way to be pleasant and really made us feel special. We will be back again withoug a doubt!

It was a pleasure just to walk through the front doors.

Didn't realize the Grand Prix was coming to town when we booked or we would have left a day early for Sydney. We liked the pillows, the seating (sofa & chairs)- very comfortable room after many hours walking the city

The concierge service was often wrong in their directions (e.g., told us to take the wrong tram and after walking 1+ mile, we caught a cab to go to a restaurant) or weren't as knowledgeable as we would have liked (e.g., restaurants). We were very happy with the room - they upgraded us to a suite which made our 8 days there much more comfortable.

It is such a change to find such tradition and character. We found the facilities first class, the staff very friendly and efficient.
