The breakfast room was too small for the number of people staying so it was a fight for space. Plumbing was terrible with pipes and drains making a lot of noise any time water or the toilet were used.

It is just that. If you are looking for a place with TV, in room movies and internet access this is NOT the place for you. However, if you need a comfortable hotel at a good price then the Windsor House Hotel maybe what you are looking for. It is very close the Earl's Court tube stop which we used constantly. Breakfast was good and we made good use of the toilets and showers in the basement. The heating system for the hotel was not very good. Our room was quite chilly. The hotel did provide an addtitional space heater which helped some. There was only 1 electrical outlet in the room. So when we had to recharge cameras, etc. we had to unplug the space heater.

Problems with booking (probably caused by HolidayCity), rude service from the reception official. No en-suite toilet, small and hardly functional shower. No ventilation.
