There were no facilities in the rooms. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people staying so it was a fight for space. Plumbing was terrible with pipes and drains making a lot of noise any time water or the toilet were used.

The hotel bills itself as economical without many fringes. It is just that. If you are looking for a place with TV, in room movies and internet access this is NOT the place for you. However, if you need a comfortable hotel at a good price then the Windsor House Hotel maybe what you are looking for. It is very close the Earl's Court tube stop which we used constantly. Breakfast was good and we made good use of the toilets and showers in the basement. The heating system for the hotel was not very good. Our room was quite chilly. The hotel did provide an addtitional space heater which helped some. There was only 1 electrical outlet in the room. So when we had to recharge cameras, etc. we had to unplug the space heater.

i could not get a warm shower.

No more hot water in the bathroom on the morning of the third day.

An old and rambling house, room on the 4th floor but no lift. Problems with booking (probably caused by HolidayCity), rude service from the reception official. No en-suite toilet, small and hardly functional shower. No ventilation.

Unfortunaly no telephones are available either in Room nor Hotel. Bathrooms very small and uncomfortable

Could not stay open without complete renovation!!! Worst, ever see!

No TV

Compared to other hotels we stayed in over a 6 week holiday to Europw, with my wife another couple an a single lady, it was very poor.

advertised as double room with bathroom in fact was a single room with double bed shower and basin, toilet was across corridor.very poor! breakfast room too small.

Being Canadian I am used to a larger bathroom but it was adequate

we were moved after the first night and one of the rooms did not have a tiolet in it

In your information the room was to be paid for at the end of my stay. In fact I had to pay on arrival, although I showed the email that I was sent as confirmation. The girl at the desk was very unpleasant. There was no toilet in the room. Nor soap in the shower.
