Not bad. Staff are very friendly. Location is great for surfers. Cheap food, massage, and loads of shopping nearby. Inside the grounds it is nice and quiet. Balcony is large and comfortable. I experienced no problems with my room, but heard some other guests requesting things to be fixed. But it is only a 3-star hotel, so can't expect perfection!

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Check-in was less then 5mins. The hotel location is approximately 10mins walk from Hard Rock Bali Hotel. Quite strategic as it not far to the convenient store and also restaurants along the Kuta beach. I ordered room service and had fried rice, have absolutely no complaint on the food. I did notice that they were doing some upgrading works because the toilet do need a bit of upgrading as it was a bit old. Overall this hotel is comfortable enough to stay.
