This is not a complaint. If the front desk could provide more information about the opening time of air-line check-in hours, I will not be over paying the taxi outside your door I used to the airport. Should your staff initial more questions to check out customer? Like, are you leaving Hk? what transport? What time they open for business. This is helpful to your customer, they will come back to you. This time is the tourist association in Airport, they provides me the advice I need. I have enjoyed a number of visits over the past few years. Always impressed by the staff and general standard of the the rooms and facilities. This area is lively at night and that adds to the holiday atmosphere.

I found out that my room (Superior room) was same equipped like a lower prize room! Friend of mine showed me his room (Standard Room).

A more varied breakfast menu. Base food with possible daily rotation with more variety Room was timely cleaned each day

Swimming pool was closed during stay and some building work was being carried out which was very noisy during the day, however work was suspended at 6pm each night. Due to overbooking was moved to superior room which was larger in size than standard.
