THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE ALTHOUGH A BIT SMALL FOR THE THREE OF US, THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS, AND THE HOTEL IS WELL SITUATED FOR A SOUND SLEEP, WE WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE

A++ for the staff, very helpfull and friendly, made our stay relaxing, Hotel in great location with car parking available at a very good rate. able to walk to all central shops and amenities. Down side :Lighting in bedroom could be improved -very hard for reading.Noise from tv in adjourning bedroom through locked interconnecting door. Have stayed in this hotel several times before and would use again.

The hotel was in a brilliant location and had some lovely restaurants and bars nearby.We had an unfortunate room backing onto a car park which was very noisy throughout the night.This was obviously out of the control of the hotel but none the less spoilt our stay.
THe hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.

Selecting from a web site does not always identify how well located hotels are for the conveinience of your visit. we were there at the start of a whistle stop tour of the North Island and the location turned out to be as good as it surley could be.
Arriving in the early mintues of th day reception were ready for us and checing in was swift and we were quickly away to bed.
A well presented reception area well furnished and decorated with easy access to the clean and adequate bedrooms although the lack of draws was an inconvenience.
All in all in all a Hotel worthy of consideration for a few days stay in Wellington

The room was stuffy and without airconditioning, I would not stay there during summer.

2 days after checking out I was charged $460 on my credit card for another guest's bill. Mistake was due to poor filing of accounts at the front desk. Hotel staff member prompt in letting me know how mistake happened and arranging for my credit card to be credited with above amount.

Did mention at desk that TV not tuned in.

Room was not a twin, when arrived which I had booked. Found us a twin but was a smoking room, other person that I was travelling with has Asthmas so they then had to find us a non-smoking twin room, which was eventually done, but the should of got it right in the first place.

Very well cleaned!
