My husband and I employ over 30 people in our business and I left the hotel with one thing in mind. To have a staff meeting and stress customer service. There was not one employee of the hotel who was not there just to serve you. Nothing was too much trouble, there were smiles everywhere. No matter what area they worked in from housemaid, valet, front desk, Allegro Restaurant they all made us feel very welcome. I have never met such courteous "happy to be there" staff. It is a credit to the Managers. Just beautiful the bathroom is huge love the twin basins and large mirror also decent hair dryer.
