I found staff to be extremely courteous. Location was excellent. Ambience was gracious. Room was clean and size met my expectations. Bed linens were of excellent quality, nice, clean and pressed. Turn down service was a nice touch. In-room wireless internet worked perfectly.

I missed tea meaking facilities in my room. Otherwise nothing to complain about. The service was quick and professional. Definitely a hotel to recommend and to return.

This Hotel has met and exceeded my expectations on each occassion I have stayed.I found the special offer which includes breakfast excellent value.I could find nothing to complain about except the cost of drinks but then again I am from the sticks where cost are a lot cheaper.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was very well run The room was fine - a little warm even with the air conditioning

I travel a great deal on business in all parts of the world and I was surprised at the charge for a continental breakfast at 19 pounds and 23 for a full english. TV would not work when we checked in. On examination the aerial was not in place thus it could not have been checked before we arrived.

Reception staff excellent. Restaurant staff excellent. choice of food excellent. Nowhere to put my case. Very dark.
