We got to the West Edmonton Mall Inn and they didn't have our reservation. The confirmation Number was for the Fantasyland Hotel they said. So we went to the Fantasyland Hotel and they didn't have our reservatioin either. Some how through this web site 2 hotels collided and neither hotel had our reservation. Correct address, room type and name for Edmonton Hotel, But confirmation for Fantasyland.....this caused our confirmed reservation to disappear or not exsist. But I tell you....the Fantasyland Hotel were terrific. They only had one room left and they gave it to us at the price we were quoted...and not the price they would charge. They were kind and courteous and made our stay very welcoming. I would definately stay at the Fantasyland Hotel again. The beds were great...so comfortable that I never wanted to get up in the morning, the rooms were clean, the staff was great. I loved the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
As for the West Edmonton Inn...they said there was nothing they could do for us, they were booked. I would not go through this web site again for bookings. I will phone direct from now on.

The location of this hotel is fabulous if you are planning to take in the West Edmonton Mall, right across the street. The staff were super and the bed one of the best I've slept on in any hotel. I can't wait to return.
