I had been to the hotel several times as part of a large group and always had a good time so when it came to seeing a concert at wembley arena here seemed the best place to stay. . . And it was.

Reception was very friendly although we had no hot water in shower for 24 hours despite reporting it/breakfast was poor. The room was a bit stuffy, there is a need to be able to open a window even a little bit/better ventilation
