Staff were very helpful.

We have stayed at The Wembley Plaza Hotel many times. It is in an excellent location when attending an event at Wembley Stadium. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. The food is extremely good, especially the buffet breakfast. We go to many events at Wembley, football and music concerts and would not stay any where else.

I had been to the hotel several times as part of a large group and always had a good time so when it came to seeing a concert at Wembley arena here seemed the best place to stay... and it was.

The facilitiwe are good and staff friendly.

The reception area is not well kept and gives a first bad impression but the looby itself is neat and reasonably well furnished.
The room is good in its size but not "attractive" in quality of accesories, furniture and simply saying: the last time "it has seen" some painting and a better look was many years ago.
Beside that it fits my needs when staying in Wembley.

reception was very friendly although we had no hot water in shower for 24 hours despite reporting it/breakfast was poor The room was a bit stuffy, there is a need to be able to open a window even a little bit/better ventilation

Good location for stadium, bad for amneties. Upgraded to Plaza room, that was fine, so original room may have been poor.

The room we stayed in looked like it had seen better days. The bathroom felt dirty and the room looked like it need a good clean and some well needed maintenance.
