Staff had difficulty communicating, finding missplaced items or booking theatre tickets or hailing cabs..but other staff were very friendly and helpful bathrooms were in poor condition--squeeling pipes or overheated!

No mini fridge, no mini bar in the room at list for cold water. It was quite hot when i was there.
