I know its an odd thing to say , but the room is a dull colour.the room could do with abit more life.

Value for money. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Reverse a/c could do with upgrading for winter visitors.

The hotel is old, but so good for travelers for the same reason it is desirable for redevelopment! Greta view - close to city etc. The only comment I would make is that the towels are very old for the most part, and more soap would have been appreciated on my 5 day stay. I was very impressed with the room. It was a lot better for the rating that it has. I have stayed in hotels with a higher rating that were quite disgusting! Your room was very clean and provided all that I needed for the stay in Perth.
