Suitable for: Singles

Location is excellent, although occasionally there was a lot of noise from houses at back - one had an all-night party, and also neighbouring apartments
Security is a concern - no CCTV. Poor doorlocks. The entry gate was not locked during the whole of our stay
Kitchen amenities poor
Furniture in leaving room uncomfortable
TV is old and small. TV service needs upgrading to include cable - CNN, BBC etc
At the price paid there has to be better than this available, even in Perth and even over Christmas. I noted there were many keys in reception - an indication that this place was far from full

The apartments were in an excellent location with easy access via ferry to Perth. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The apartment had excellent facilities and was very clean and comfortable. There was internet access in reception which was an added bonus. Would highly recommend the apartments and if return to Perth would like to stay in the same place again.

I liked the apartments very much and appreciated the good security. The only bad comment I have is that the noise level from the freeway is high.
