Friendly Relaxed atmosphere

We stayed at the WaterMark, and were very happy with all aspects of service. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed, the rooms were clean, roomy and fresh, and we would like to Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Through no fault of there own a new building has blocked sun from one of their pools during morning hours. Second pool gets sun after midday.

i bit expensive for just a room with no balcony or lounge. Just a bed and bathroom. Should be cheaper for this kind of room. I have stayed at resorts on the beachfront in Surfers Paradise that are cheaper and have a balcony and loungeroom and a kitchen.
