What are the differences between the room types?(If there are more than one room type)

Hotel Watermark's Superior Rooms are located between 3rd and 13th floor and offer twin or double bedding.
Deluxe Rooms are located between 14th and 18th floor and offer the option of double or king bedding, sweeping views plus a selection of Austar channels.
All room types feature the latest release movies, individually controlled air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, mini bars, in-room safe, play station and advanced communication systems.
Club Watermark Rooms are located on the 19th and 20th floor with magnificent views of the ocean, hinterland or waterways and offer the option of double or king bedding. Guests staying in a Club Watermark Room enjoy the benefits of the exclusive Club Lounge, where cooked breakfast plus evening drinks and canapes are served as part of the package. The all inclusive rate also incorporates a late check-out of 12pm, plus upgraded bathroom amenities including bathrobes and slippers.
