Excellent Service Provided by Receptionist

The Receptionist was very helpful in pointing out direction for our visit to the Zoo.

The location of the Hotel is not so good for those that are not driving. As for those who are driving, I thot it will be good if the Hotel can provide free parking insteads of charging the customer.

Perhaps the Hotel can look into ensuring all door entering the room is secured, the door's security mechanism on my room was not working.

Afterall, at least the Hotel is able to provide 2 x double bed which adequate for family of 4 to stay in comfortally.

We enjoyed very much the time we spent at Watermark hotel. The crew was very friendly, the room was clean and the facilities were nice. Our room had an amazing view to the Roma Parkland. We really recommend it.
