Reviewer: Julia Lauren Smith Date of review: 28 November 2006 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 4 Bed 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 5 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 4 Amenities 5 Value for Money 5 whilst our room was beautiful the entrance into the hotel reception wasn't as impressive as it could be... it actually lowers expectations of what the rooms would be like (then we were wonderfully suprised!) the reception area is a little small, and it isn't as impressive as it could be (like the rooms). sorry i don't like to say thigns like this, but it might help you and your business. the mattress and pillows were the softest and fluffiest i have ever slept on - both my partner and i also commented that we would like to know the brand name/model name of your mattresses and pillows (we stayed in room 2 from memory).
