We are very satisfied with Waterfront Hotel Mactan. The location is very convenient for our business meeting. Your conference package was reasonably priced. The food at the meeting could be better, but it was pretty good. Generally the buffet breakfast was delicious and offer a good variety of international menu.
Your Front Desk and conference staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. Overall we are very satisfied.

We would like to make the following suggestions:
An iron/board, bath robe and free internet access in room will be excellent.
The coffee shop should open to later hours.
There should be no smoking in the lobby and in the coffee shop.
We did not receive a newspaper on the first morning.
