Lovely newly refurbished rooms,a great hotel which was made even better by its fabulous location. hyde park on the doorstep,shops restaurants and bars opposite and transport everywhere you look. highly recommend this one and will definately be using it again.

A first class hotel made our weekend in London a real success. The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the food was good at a reasonable price considering what you can pay in London. We were also able to walk to all our chosen places as it was so conveniently placed. We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Very nice service personnel at the breakfast table On Sunday morning, July 30, there was a general break down of the water supply. It can happen, but, using a bottle of mineral water from the mini-bar to brush the teeth, we had to pay for it ! It did not ruin us, but nevertheless.....
