Firstly, the pictures on the Web is misleading those pictures depicts when the place was first open, not presently. We could not stay not even a night there, the place was just not clean, the sheets did not even look clean. The rooms smell musty, the carpet just need to be thrown away. The toilet had to be flush with a pull string HUH... not when you are paying so much money. H O R R I B L E.......

Staff was very helpful and friendly. First room I got was extremely small, I asked for another which was no problem. Location is good, subway station close. Value for money is good, considering the prices in Paris in general.

The location of this hotel was excellent, quiet but central. Only about a 10 minute walk from the Eifel tower! The room facilities were excellent and staff were friendly, the only fault we would have was that the staff were not very knowledgable.

On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by a very curteous lady who once I had told her my name and reference number she knew exactly who I was and said they were expecting me. She then said she had an important letter delivered that day forme which I knew to be my Rugby World Cup ticket. Such excellence.
I asked about drawing some money from a Cash Point and the best way to get to the Stade de France and the information was spot on. In both cases the directions were given in English and made very simple so as there could be no mistake.
All in all a very enjoyable experience. Thank You

The staff at the reception was excellent and helpful. However the hotel was not up to the mark. Very narrow corridors which made it really difficult to take our luggage. The room was extremely small and with our luggage was even smaller The room was way too small and cramped. The cupboard broke. The safe was not working even after trying the instructiions thrice

Need shower curtain for shower over bath. Makes huge mess in bathroom when you don't have one.

The hotel was quaint and ideally located for us. It would be fine for single people travelling as a base and the price was reasonable. The standard of the rooms, however, lets the hotel down. The carpet in room was very wet, and room was very dark and small and in disrepair. The bedroom was not adequate and would need a complete overhaul. The bathroom was clean, but had a shower with no shower curtain. We travelled with a small child and wouldn't recommend this hotel for families.

Great breakfast for a low-cost hotel. Breakfast was the best part about the hotel for us.
