staff lost my nightdress and not very helpful retrieving it extras eg shampoo, number of tea bags poor

was dissapointed to find out on arrival that breakfast was only included if we had booked directly with the hotel. to purchase breakfast later would have been to expensive for our family. airconditioner in room smelt unpleasant when switched on.
