Bankside Waldorf Apartments are located in the Central Business District of Auckland, close to some of Auckland's major commercial buildings, retail and restaurant outlets in Chancery Square, Vulcan Lane, High Street and Queen Street.
Bankside Waldorf Apartments are air-conditioned, fully furnished and equipped studios with a full kitchen, internal laundry, balcony and spacious storage areas. Modern inclusions: Sky TV (41 channels, plus 3 sport channels), clock radio, direct dial telephones (unlimited local calls, mobile calls & tolls will be charged per call), high speed internet access (optional for a charge of approximately NZ$20.00 per week). All serviced apartments are serviced weekly including change of towels and linen (daily service is optional at extra costs).
Fully furnished studio apartment with queen size bed, full kitchen, internal laundry, balcony and spacious storage area. Rates are for two person.
Bankside Waldorf Apartments have an on-site manager for guest's convenience and security office hours (9am - 6pm), A/H when requested. Please contact prior to arrival if you are to arrive later than 6.00pm via 64 9 974 0600, 64 27 533 2200 or banksidepm@waldorf.co.nz to arrange keysafe entry. Please also state your expected time of arrival.
Any stays of 7 nights or more are subject to a one-off departure cleaning fee of NZD40.
Please note that parking is chargeable at $19 per night and must be pre-booked. Guest can just leave a note in the comments field and the hotel will pre-book for guest.

location only a few blocks from queen st is excellent.
washing machine built in is a bonus but need some basic instructions.
no reading light on the right side of the generous bed. ...
wardrobe and cupboard space is very limited and inadequate for more than an overnight stay.
shower recess is ok but there was not even a soap holder which was an annoyance.
overall better than we expected and fabulous location.
didn't need and didn't any staff in the four days. Great.
