The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities good and the staff were at all times friendly and helpful. The location was good and handy for the ciy centre. I would highly recommend this hotel

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Very close to Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Rooms were clean and spacious. Thank you for making our trip one to remember.

Great Staff. When away from home I need a comfortable, friendly, convenient place to stay, The Vulcan meets all the criteria. The girls on reception are exceptionally nice and helpfull, it is greatly appreciated. Vulcan Hotel Excellent Value for Money! We found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was fab!! Really spacious and beautifully decorated. Nice to be able to just walk up a couple ofr flights of stairs, no high rise. And great to be able to open the door and actually get some fresh air! Something I miss in the bigger hotels these days! Really nice little walk to Darling Harbour, just enough to walk off dinner, lol! Restaurant was a little disappointing, maybe we struck a bad night, but plenty of restaurants close by.
