Service staff and restaurant staff very courteous and helpfull. Room was simple but quaint, in a unique environment (National Park). Made use of the fireside lounge at the end of the hall. Very nice.

Instead we were given two twin beds in a smoking room in the basement. It was so damp that we got mold in some new clothing, which has been almost impossible to remove.

Could not beat the "atmosphere." Our only negative comment might be on the dinner choice - restaurant was expensive and we were disappointed in our only on-site dinner meal - so we went off site for dinner. Room was great. View was fabulous!
