The rooms make me feel comfortable to stay in but the hotel dont have any convenient store or mini mart, I need to walk across the road at night to find a store to buy Panadol.

The hotel is clean and neat. The staffs are courteous and friendly. Hotel food esp the breakfast is good.
It is also near amenties like Bukit Jambu Shopping complex and there are lot of nearby hawker centres.

If you are not staying at GeorgeTown, this is a good hotel and location to stay.

The service was alright but we were taken aback when we were told that they could only loan us the iron for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes nobody came to take the iron back so we left off for a function. When we came back we did not see the iron so they have probably taken it back. The room was just nice and we got what we got what we requested. So that was good.

I think the receptionast should be trained to work in a more efficient way so that we do not need to queue up wait for quite a long time just to check-in. May be hotel should think of to udgrade the computer system in order to carry on or organize the task more fluently and smoothly. Everything seems to be fine except the blanket is not so warm. Besides, some local and/or international tourist guidance book should be provided to each room as well as the map of the local town/city.

The room is well maintained, condition of the apartment was excellent & clean, except for the hiccup we had experienced on the air-con unit,anyway, it was fixed ever i brought it up to the house keeping.

No lift from Car park to Hotel lobby, very inconvinence that i had a big luggage to be carried up to hotel lobby.

I felt so happy with all hotel officers and all the environment around that place. Thanks again for warm welcome The cleanliness is good. Anyhow, just only the curtain in the bathtub is a bit smelly. If you can improve on theis, it would be so excellent.

I need a mini market belonging to this hotel.

Not enough parking place. Usually in the event when there is function in the hotel. Should let the visitors park outside if the hotel/apartment full booked and this means limited car park within the hotel's basement Should make sure all the floor

Some on the knobs on the doors were broken, and when we called for assistance when one of use were locked in, the help took it's time to come. In the end, we managed to open the door ourself.

Parquet Tiles came off in one of the room. Should not be rented out before repairs

Buffet breakfast was very good, staff very friendly

I have no negative feedback.
