Bad experience. I am getting a room in the smoking floor despite I request a non-smoking room.

No "Do Not Disturb' and 'Please Tidy The Room' sign hanging at the door. Guests have to pay for parking. Guests have to purchase RM5.00 token for parking. Front desk staff should not tell guest what to do, esp by telling guest to take train to city. The reason guest drive is for convenient and privacy. I was very upset during my stay due to I' ve to pay for my parking. I've been staying at many many hotels during my visits to KL but my stay at Vistana was 1st time that I've to pay for parking. At the hotel entrance always congested. Very difficult for guest to enter when driving. Pls consider to abolish paying for parking for hotel guest only. Nothing special abt the room. Requested for privacy but still in the middle of the nite can hear knocking sounds either from upper floor or somewhere else. The mini bar is not impressive at all.
