Un-helpful receptionist. Really good value for money! We were not expecting such a nice hotel - a very good surprise. Only minus side is the girl at the reception during the day - the one with longer hair. She was really moody and not sympathetic at all. She needs her public relation skills re-assessed.

last time when i was here, the room provide body lotion and free breakfast. hope it will continue like b4. now all things not provided.

location was too far from the city centre

Hotel pool dirty. Presence of kids in the pool wearing full attire and slippers that dirtied the pool even more. I doubt the kids are hotel guests anyway, but there were no security to ensure that they are properly showered.

Ms. Rohaidah, the hotel staff, is very helpful and efficient.

There is no delivery of food service to rooms

The reception desk is very slow.
