Enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is quite ok since its very close to the LRT and Monorail station. But the Hotel need to play a role with the cleanliness around its vicinity. I noticed that the nearby bus station is badly littered, this is not a good sight for tourist, the hotel management should highlight this issue to the respective agency to maintain cleanliness surrounding tourist attractions spots. Do not allow the locals bring the shame to the city. The room is quite spacious. The fridge need to be clean at all times, including the ice-cube tray. Shouls also provide complimentary mineral water(botled).

Please also provide more carpark lots as I need to park my car outside due to hotel full booking. There shld be a master switch for all lightings near the bed for easy access.

The lift does not go to the car park, only one restaurant with limited choice of local delights and worst of all my bed sheet smells. The bed sheet smells.

The only shortfall was the hotel do not provide room service. However, there is plenty of food available within the vicinity and at the coffee house. So not too bad

It was very difficult to get a taxi and that didn't appear to be part of the doorsmens job. Everything was fine except the pillows which were really thick and hard. The bed was fine.

We werre very disapointed by the helpfulness of staff. We were told that their were no internet facilites &then found out that there were on the very last day. There was no hair dryer nor mini bar in the room.

1. Water in swimming pool is dirty and not good for the health of children.

The hallway carpeting is old and dirty. Has a musty smell. Needs to be changed. The hotel parking is a real problem. The parking bays are not enough for hotel guests. I had to park outside (metered parking) because the parking was full at night. That meant having to wake up very early to insert coins into the meter, which spoilt my holiday. I like the room, it's very comfortable.

May be have some game like medium pool table, table tennis and children play conner's.

i'm very dispointed but the cannel for astro ria the vistana hotel not provided. i'm miss the program on that day..but i already call for special request still the channel not will be provide...i'm very frust.

Hotel staffs were friendly and gave us enough help.Definetely will come back to the hotel. Room as good as usual.

I think for the price we are paying breakfast should be included. The blanket was not clean and had to be changed. We were left waiting for more than an hour for our room to be made up.

With the exception of the bellhop and chambermaids who always smiling and friendly. The coffee house and front desk staff looked grumpy and not courteous enough. very clean and comfortable rooms

Car park staircase is too dark and narrow... It's not so convenient if park car in the hotel car park... Room sound proof is poor...
