i choose 3 for cleanliness, not the room is not clean is was clean and tidy but there were 2 cockroach in my room.

Goods service and very convinient location as the hotel is very close to train, mono rail, taxi and bust stop. Good size nice and clean room. If possible please provide small pack of tooth paste in the bath room as tourists normally don't carry this item with them.

the room is expensive but the service is poor. not even a free breakfest. the toilet are not clean. water leaking through the sink. it look unplesant. the bath tub was dirty when i go into the room.

The hotel seem to be satifactory however the receptionist attended to me seem to be unhelpful and surprised that the hotel did not include free breadfast which disappointed. I was satified with the service,i have requested extra pillow during online to my surprise it was prepared for me.

Although the hotel is not located near the Petronas Towers, it is very easy to get there using the monorail. So the location isn't that bad. The room was very clean!

The receptionist is not friendly enough..should learn from hotels in thailand add some snacks in the fridge

The hotel charged us RM5/- per entry which I think this would turn me away.

Hotel is very near to LRT/monorail. Convenient to tour the city via this transport. Reserved parking lot for hotel guest. Parking lots was full when we arrived. However hotel staff arranged for us to park at staff parking lot. Room with a good view. Suggest provide a wall clock. Provide connecting door between 2 rooms for family who book 2 rooms.

Parking kereta kena bayar RM 5. Pertama kali parking dihotel kena bayar, kelakarkan? sayang sekali hotel ini tiada breakfirst percuma(3 star). ok..i'm enjoy

Bed sheet not clean,

No room service and not enough parking lot

The room was not ready even after one and half hrs we reached there. We had to wait at the room to make sure we could get in to the room earlier. They were shortage of staff . There were some damages in the baby pool. My niece 3 years old was injured her leg due to this. The room service did not take care our belongings when cleaning the toilet. My swim suite was washed away by the toilet detergent used by her.

Difficult to get cabs for local travelling purpose. Hotel staffs try but fail to catch cabs for customers. The restaurant seems to be unduly expensive. Meets expectations. Air condition was not so powerful.

Breakfast food was not varied, There were a lot of small red bugs in the wooden fridge cabinet, they are a heath hazard and must be exterminated.

Good size. Maybe the hotel could consider putting iron and ironing board as a standard in all rooms.
