Must give credit to Holiday City staff who recommended the Vistana after undertsanding that we are driving from Kuantan which is easy to find from the direction we are coming from. It is also avery convenient not too congested part of the town.

The hotel is located next to Titwasara station (bus, monorail, metro line) which makes it very comfortable to travel around the city and be back at the hotel at ease Neat room

I want to comment the service of the front desk - receptionist. Poor service.

Hotel staff was really polite and well trained. I can just say Keep it up!

The bell boy ( rather man ) don't even smile or greet the guest when we arrival.Housekeeping shouldn't be cleaning the main lobby floor at 8pm when there are still so many guest walking and standing around( its not that some dirty the whole area ) I ask for non smoking rm but when I went into the rm, I can smell cig,thats why had someone fr housekeeping to come in to do some spraying.

There was no one offering to bring our luggae to our room. When we were already at the counter waiting to be served, no one offered apology for making us wait for quite awhile. But the room service and chambermaid staff were good as we were greeted when they saw us. Although the room was good, it will be better if a welcoming rose or bouquet of flowers could be put in the room. To me, it will be very pleasant to the eyes.

Public Trasport is convenient.

The facility was basic just normal, the Staff wer excellent, the location was very convinient been close to shops,restourants and transport The room was clean more than I expected from what I read

No tea whitner/milk packets in the room.

I request for extension night and I pass my room key for updating, suprisingly the key is not updated and I have to rush up and down to get the information updated before able to get into the room. Bad experience. I am getting a room in the smoking floor despite I request a non-smoking room.

Near LRT which is great for moving around KL city, which is always clogged with traffic. Very comfy and spacious. an accomodate 5 adults

During my stay no complimentry newspaper. No "Do Not Disturb' and 'Please Tidy The Room' sign hanging at the door. Guests have to pay for parking. Guests have to purchase RM5.00 token for parking. Front desk staff should not tell guest what to do, esp by telling guest to take train to city. The reason guest drive is for convenient and privacy. I was very upset during my stay due to I' ve to pay for my parking. I've been staying at many many hotels during my visits to KL but my stay at Vistana was 1st time that I've to pay for parking. At the hotel entrance always congested. Very difficult for guest to enter when driving. Pls consider to abolish paying for parking for hotel guest only. Nothing special abt the room. Requested for privacy but still in the middle of the nite can hear knocking sounds either from upper floor or somewhere else. The mini bar is not impressive at all.

Plumbing problems with the shower.

Front desk girls were not welcoming and polite.... Reception/ front desk services and response was very bad. No good/warm welcome and gesture.
