The hotel staff were courteous.

We enjoyed our stay especially at the hotel. The best part was that it was located near to a mass rapid sttion and a monrail station. Though we drove, I parked my car at the hotel and took the monorail to Times Square. The monrail also goes to Sungei Wang and other shopping centres. Hotel service and cleanliness was also good. Highly recommended.

It's strategically located in Kuala Lumpur and one of my favourites hotels each time I come to KL. Especially of late due to my MBA seminars which I need to attend forthnightly for the next two years. Generally the front counters staffs are very courteous and very accomodating too especially when my friends and I need to check at odd hours, like 5 o'clock in the morning. These are features that really impressed us and I always highlight to my friends and colleagues each time they ask for recommendation for hotel to stay in KL, I never hesitated to menioned Vistana.... keep up the good work and let the front liners know we are very happy about their obliging attitudes....

I am a frequent traveller. From my experience some 3rd world countries like Philippines, China, Thailand are offering free internet to their standard and deluxe rooms.

I will also like to complement the front desk staff, they are helpful and friendly.

Very good hotel and has Value for money

The Vistana was a beautiful hotel, and excellent value. The breakfast selection was great too! I will definitely stay there again if I visit Kuala Lumpur in the future.

Check-in was so slow, and had to wait for 45 min..The reception stuff was not practical to solve the problem!!..It needs to be improved and be more professional!!

The service is quite poor as they dont inform us that the newspaper have to be collected at the counter. THE ROOM IS VERY SPACIOUS AND NICELY DESIGN .

to deliver daily newspaper to the room instead of asking from the reception

Shop: Doesn't look as if you really want to attract people there. Look at the window display: dusty shelves and tatty goods. My bath looked very dirty. I noticed that it had been painted over and some of the paint had peeled. But I don't think it had been cleaned properly for some time!

newspaper should be give by room not at counter 1)iron and iron block must be in standard equipped list.

provide a free internet broadband every room will be better.

no special room rate for goverment, no more free breakfast for two my first stay in vistana in 1996, there is no change of room decorations
