Maybe the hotel could consider putting iron and ironing board as a standard in all rooms.

But the Hotel need to play a role with the cleanliness around its vicinity. I noticed that the nearby bus station is badly littered, this is not a good sight for tourist, the hotel management should highlight this issue to the respective agency to maintain cleanliness surrounding tourist attractions spots. Do not allow the locals bring the shame to the city. The room is quite spacious. The fridge need to be clean at all times, including the ice-cube tray. Shouls also provide complimentary mineral water(botled).

There shld be a master switch for all lightings near the bed for easy access.
