We had to wait at the room to make sure we could get in to the room earlier. They were shortage of staff . There were some damages in the baby pool. My niece 3 years old was injured her leg due to this. The room service did not take care our belongings when cleaning the toilet. My swim suite was washed away by the toilet detergent used by her.

Hotel staffs try but fail to catch cabs for customers. The restaurant seems to be unduly expensive. Meets expectations. Air condition was not so powerful.
