Easy to go to all major shopping centre as the hotel is next to the LRT station. The restaurants nearby the hotel serves very nice food. They have also renovated the rooms 2years ago. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends and relatives to stay in this hotel when they visit Kuala Lumpur.

WE FOLLOWED THE RECOMMENDATION FROM A GUIDE BOOK AND DID NOT REGRET OUR CHOICE. ALTHOUGH NOT IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGE THE CITY CENTRE IS WELL SERVED WITH THE MONORAIL STATION SERVING THE CITY A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE HOTEL. WHAT WE FOUND ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING WAS THE QUALITY OF THE BEDS, THE BED LINNEN AND THE PILLOWS. MY WIFE AND I ALWAYS PUT THIS TOP OF THE LIST BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF YOUR VACATION VERY OFTEN DEPENDS ON THIS.IF WE RETURN TO KL WE WILL SELECT YOUR HOTEL FOR A LONGER STAY BECAUSE IT WAS MOST DEFINITELY EXTREMELY VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. WE COULD NOT REALLY MAKE A FIRM JUDGEMENT ON OTHER ASPECTS OF THE HOTEL DUE TO OUR SHORT STAY.

The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. All my kids loved it. They must put more variety of food for breakfast. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately the housekeeping did not turn up to my room to give us the aircon remote control as we unable to switch on the aircon. Overall it was very good.

I park my car in the hotel to use the LRT to go to shopping malls.

Easy access to LRT, Monorial, taxis and bus station. Food Courts and restaurents are also nearby. The facilities especially the swimming pool are excellent with my children. I highly recommended it for families who want to do their shopping in K.L. or come visiting their relatives.
