I think this hotel is very reasonable and their staffs are very gentle and honest. I have only one point I don't like, that is it is very cold in the room.

1st night room booking under Deluxe Room:- Stayed an 9th floor. Shower was low preassure. Hot shower was not hot, it was more on the cold side. Bathtub was dirth. The most un-bearable experience was the room aircond not working. Did not sleep well the whole night due to the Aircond not working. Made a complain and was then upgraded to Executive Duluxe. Lobby area also quite warm, pls look into the overall Aircond Breakfast Could do some improvision on the spread & variety. Stayed 2 nights quite disappointing to see the breakfast spread is the same.

I would like to thanks for the booking of the hotel at Vistana. The service, room and the staff, all very nice and good. During booking, I request to stay at the high floor but during check-in, they give us at the fourth floor.

Vistana Kuala Lumpur is conveniently located next to bus and train transport. Good secure undercover parking for motor vehicles. Room was clean, adequately furnished and hotel security is excellent. Evening meal in the restaurant was in pleasant surroundings and the food was exactly as described in the menu and cooked and presented very well. Breakfast was nutritious with sufficient choices for myself, my teenage son was not able to find very many selections to his Australian taste. Staying at the Vistana is enjoyable and comfortable, and very affordable.

Good location with two rail station nearby to make my travelling a round KL city easier.

This is the first tiime I stayed in smoking room. It is not as clean as non-smoking room. Bath tub got stain/rust. Its good if there are iron and iron board in each room. Overall, I enjoyed the stay in Vistana as it is easy access to major shopping centre.

I have been staying in Vistana Hotel whenever I visit KL as the location of the hotel is easy to access from the highway. Easy to go to all major shopping centre as the hotel is next to the LRT station. The restaurants nearby the hotel serves very nice food. They have also renovated the rooms 2years ago. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends and relatives to stay in this hotel when they visit Kuala Lumpur.

KL HAS A LOT OF GOOD HOTELS TO CHOOSE FROM SO IT'S DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHICH ONE TO SELECT. WE FOLLOWED THE RECOMMENDATION FROM A GUIDE BOOK AND DID NOT REGRET OUR CHOICE. ALTHOUGH NOT IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGE THE CITY CENTRE IS WELL SERVED WITH THE MONORAIL STATION SERVING THE CITY A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE HOTEL.
WHAT WE FOUND ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING WAS THE QUALITY OF THE BEDS, THE BED LINNEN AND THE PILLOWS. MY WIFE AND I ALWAYS PUT THIS TOP OF THE LIST BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF YOUR VACATION VERY OFTEN DEPENDS ON THIS.IF WE RETURN TO KL WE WILL SELECT YOUR HOTEL FOR A LONGER STAY BECAUSE IT WAS MOST DEFINITELY EXTREMELY VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. WE COULD NOT REALLY MAKE A FIRM JUDGEMENT ON OTHER ASPECTS OF THE HOTEL DUE TO OUR SHORT STAY.

My stayed in this hotel met my expectations.The building looks old and dirty but when we enter the rooms it was nice and clean.

The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. All my kids loved it.

They must put more variety of food for breakfast.

The staff was helpful. Unfortunately the housekeeping did not turn up to my room to give us the aircon remote control as we unable to switch on the aircon.

Overall it was very good.

Its a very conducive place to stay as it is near 2 LRT stations. I park my car in the hotel to use the LRT to go to shopping malls.

If driving to KL, this hotel is recommended. It is value for money. The room is clean and surounding is quiet.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Easy access to LRT, Monorial, taxis and bus station. Food Courts and restaurents are also nearby.
The facilities especially the swimming pool are excellent with my children.
I highly recommended it for families who want to do their shopping in K.L. or come visiting their relatives.
