Staff very courteous and multi-lingual.
Excellent location... 1 block from Hotel De Ville subway stop.
Very clean rooms.
5th floor rooms have balconies you enter thru open windows.
Some 5th floor rooms are semi loft...Living down with bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
Large room for an european hotel.
