Your location is great. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. However, your breakfast room is very unattractive. Comfortable, upholstered chairs would be much nicer that the icy garden furniture you now have there. Room was comfortable, but very small and dark. What I most appreciated was the absence of street noise. It's a good place to sleep!
