I would definitely recommend your hotel to my friends. aside from being reasonably priced, its goodd location to public transport is the most important. aircon is working very well. and also free internet access is your big advantage to other hotels of the same rating. on the negative, floor inside the room is not clean by vacuum cleaner as you could notice dust under the bed. walls between room is not thick as you could hear banging of your doors from other rooms. It's a pity that i dont intend to visit singapore in the future as me & my family had bad experience with immigration authorities at the budget terminal..Singapore is not that tourist friendly destination.

Victoria Hotel is right on the Victoria Street, close to City Hall MRT, Central Business District, easy exit to the airport, close to shopping and many food courts. Though the size of the room and the bath are small, they are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel has a 24 hour 7-11 convenience store at the ground level. Ideal for budget travellers who want clean, safe but no-frills rooms.

the location is excellent and close to all major amenities. the room is clear, small but enough. the only thing needs to be improved is the speed of wireless internet access which is too low during night time. otherwise, no complaint. if the wireless internet is fast than what it is now, I will stay again in my next visits Eric Canana

Stayed at Victoria Hotel for a couple of days. It was well situated, not too far from many popular places and easy distance to walk to. The room are tiny but if you just need a place to sleep, and not intending to spend time in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Enjoyed our stay at Victoria Hotel, especially the staff who were courteous and very helpful. I would happily stay again next time we visit Singapore.

The hotel is very nice. Clean and modern room, free WiFi and good air conditioner. It would be perfect with a pool and buffet.

Victoria Hotel is located at the bustling and convenient place, only 3 mins walking distance to the Bugis station and opposite to the National Library. This hotel is located at the heart of the many places of interest in Singapore. Room amenities are fully functional for the business trip, simple but satisfy the requirement of visitor's needs. the price is also very cheap in comparison with the same level hotels. highly recommend for your choice in Singapore.

1. Queen size bed is made up of 2 single bed - and not 1 single Queen size bed 2. no parking facilities and no parking concession coupon etc

Hotel is located within walking distance to the MRT (City Hall) at a reasonable price, which was one of the reasons why I chose to stay at this place. No regrets and would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Hotel room is just right for a single occupant in Singapore on short business trip or for leisure where one is out most of the time and just come back for a good night's sleep. For one, it is conveniently located right in front of a main street that connects to most areas of interest. However, there is no room service and food facilities are all outside. The coffee shop outside the hotel does not serve very good food. There is no safe inside the room and no fridge as well. However, the rooms are clean and provides a place for a restful sleep.
For a first timer, it could be quite an experience. First, there is no driveway in front of the building. So, the taxi had to pull over on the next adjacent street next to 7-11. As you walk towards the front door, there is no apparent sign that could direct a new comer to the entrance and to the lobby. My friend who came earlier than me said they had to go round the building twice before finding the entrance. This is because the coffee shop and the money changer is more apparent than the hotel. Also, as you enter the glass door, one is surprised to see a spa and a barber shop in front of him while the sign that leads to the lobby is a very small one on the ceiling. So, if you do not look up, you will miss the direction.
Then right after checking in, one is surprised that he had to go out again because the lifts are outside than inside.
Do correct the things that create a bad impression to first timers. This is the key to repeat business.

I felt a cost/performance is very reasonable. And it stays in a comperatively good location to find a traditional Chinese food nearby.

this hotel did meet my expectations the rooms were of a very high stantard the hotel sfaff were friendly and helpful. this hotel is in an excellent location and i would gladly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

it's quite easy to get there from Zhangqi airport. and convenient to the shipping center as the place located in the centre.

The room is very clean, with separate washroom and shower.

Overal, I would recomend staying at this for a few nights if you are willing to spend a few extra dollars for the convenient location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Rooms were lovely, good sized, clean and with excellent facilities. Highly recommend.

We were in transit to visit friends in Kuala Lumpur , so did not really have time to explore the city or to evaluate the facilities of the hotel fully , as we arrived late in the evening after having travelled all day from New Zealand.
The hotel was more than adequate for the short length of stay,and allowed us a brief visit to local sights before departing to KL the following morning.
