There was a heater in the room that could not be turned off, and the management did not fix it in a timely manner. It took an arguement to get this fixed.

Its only a small point but worth mentioning - When we arrived the room was unavailable and we could not get in until 3.30, however we still received a phonecall on the morning of departure to ask us to vacate the room by 11am which seemed a little unfair but it would not stop me from returning to the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay and staff are very very friendly.
