Superior room has 40-46 square metres of space and features a king size or two double beds and has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a private spa and separate shower. Superior Lagoon room also has 40-46 square metres and enjoy the same amenities as the Superior room. This room, however, looks over the 65-metre heated lagoon with beach area in the centre of the hotel. Another type is the Superior Lagoon room with Balcony. As the name suggests, this room type sports a balcony overlooking the lagoon with beach area. Superior Suite enjoys 60 square metres and features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a private spa and separate shower. It also has a separate lounge/dining area with a sofa bed and guest powder room. Deluxe Suite is more spacious at 80 square metres and features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a private spa and separate shower. It also has a separate lounge/dining area with a sofa bed, walk in robe and guest powder room. Deluxe Broadwater Suite has 80 square metres as well. It features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a private spa and separate shower. It also has a large separate lounge/dining area with a sofa bed, walk in robe and guest powder room. This suite has magnificent views overlooking the 65 metre heated lagoon with beach area or out towards the Gold Coast Broadwater. The Two Bedroom Condominium holds 143-146 square metres of space and features a private balcony and a self contained kitchen with all the modern appliances including delicate china settings with Versace designs. Also included is a sunken lounge featuring a magnificent marble mosaic, dining area, laundry, ensuite off the main bedroom with a private spa and separate shower. A second bathroom and separate powder room are provided as well. Guests are provided exclusive use of one private marina berth. The Three Bedroom Condominium features all facilities and amenities enjoyed by the Two Bedroom Condominium, including the marina berth use, but is much larger at 172-194 square metres.
