The mattress was hard so I didn't get a good sleep. The location was great since I have a daughter going to the U of A. and there was alot to do on White Avenue. The Hotel staff where very helpful and cheery.

It is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. I like the location. It is close to restaurants, banks and shopping areas such that one does not feel stranded. There is even a "Second Cup" franchise attached to the hotel. I also find amenities such as iron/ironing board, stocked refigerator, Wi-Fi quite practical. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing hot except coffee and tea. The only regret that I had was not being able to attend the wine tasting.

We did not like the long hairs in the bathtub,we both have very short hair!! Also we hung our towels as suggested to reuse but were still supplied with new ones.We had a pleasant stay, the breakfast was excellent, the wine tasting a unique idea which was most enjoyable

This is a wonderful hotel in terms of service, location and cleanliness. It does not provide all the usual amenities of large hotels such as an on-site full service restaurant, pool, saunas, etc. but it makes up for this with the quality of its staff service, its location close to numerous restaurants and entertainment facilities and its free and efficient valet parking. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, safe and pleasant place to stay in Edmonton.

there was no parking and they were not accomadating with the breakfast times. they were not early enough
