Very good location The room was clean and comfortable, but fittings and fixtures old especially bathroom.

The front desk was efficient, and professional. But as I mentioned before the hotel is needing an update, although the hotel was clean and tidy. The room was clean, and tidy. But the hotel appeared to be in the need of a make over.

Would DEFINITELY recommend your hotel to friends. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, and could not fault our room. Only a few stains on the carpet, perhaps could be spot cleaned.

We were very impressed with the service and the facilities and thought the room rates were extremely good value for money We had a great view from our balcony and the room felt really clean and fresh when we walked in to it. Pleasantly surprised and also good off street parking

the hotel definitely gives value for money. it is nicely located and has very friendly staff.

everything was ok except for the shower and tv didnt work but i would try somewhere else next time... tv didnt work and shower was not that good at all. no water pressure at all.

You need to check your records. We were booked to stay at your Hotel however on arrival with the attitude of your staff and a brief look around the facilities we cancelled the reservation and moved on to more suitable accommodation. Unknown as we saw one of the rooms and decided this sort of facility was not for us. It looked rather old and decrepit.

it was a bit hard to find our way through brisbane to find the hotel i loved the view from the balcany

We were in room number 1 which was large with a large window/patio door but had to keep the drapes closed as there were no net curtains to screen the room for privacy!

It was the worst bed I have ever slept upon! The bathroom was terrible, and the noise level made sleeping extremely hard! As the cafe was only open during certain hours, and you were not near the city, I had to wait after flying 20 hours to get something to eat. Since I travel on business, a photo journalist, you can be sure that I will never stay there, and will advise my friends and business partners of the same.

The wall is probably a bit thin. I could hear my next door watching TV or children screaming etc. Apart from that, mostly OK.

This hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment. Not a lot of effort by housekeeping to do a 'proper'clean each day.
